The Office of Human Resources will hold an interest meeting Sept. 5 for its L.E.A.D. Certificate Program. The information session will be held from noon to 1 p.m. in Adelbert Hall’s Toepfer Room.
The L.E.A.D. (Learn, Empower, Achieve & Develop) Certificate Program is a 10-month program that provides supervisors with the opportunity to increase their leadership competency through workshops, individual and team coaching, assigned readings, assessments and networking. Participants gain the skills necessary to effectively drive the performance of their teams and the success of their unit, department or division.
Participants must currently be in a supervisory role to qualify for this program.
