The CWRU Human Resources Professional Development Center will host a virtual training session, “Managing Past Performance,” Tuesday, Sept. 29, from noon to 1:15 p.m.
Performance management can come in the form of regular feedback, coaching or performance reviews. It’s no secret that some of these reflections and conversations can be challenging. “Managing Past Performance” is a session focused on helping supervisors provide inclusive and supportive work environments by addressing and navigating the impacts of performance bias and positive corrective action.
