The Center for International Affairs will celebrate International Education Week Nov. 11-15 and is in the process of developing a variety of events for faculty, staff, students and community members. The goal of the events is to help stimulate cultural understanding in our community and foster an inclusive worldview.
Groups or individuals interested in hosting events during International Education Week are asked to submit details for inclusion in the center’s calendar. Those interested can fill out the form and submit no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 17.
International Education Week is a national celebration of the benefits of international education and global exchange. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Education is part of the center’s efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn and exchange experiences in the United States.
