Registration for the 2012 Homecoming Parade is now open, and all student groups are urged to get involved in the festivities. Any display of Spartan pride is welcome—groups can create a float, decorate cars, walk with a banner, dress in cultural or athletic garb or whatever illustrates the group’s school spirit.
The parade begins Sept. 29 at 11 a.m. The route begins at the corner of Bellflower Road and Ford Drive, traveling across the north side of campus, and then heading down Bellflower Road, Euclid Avenue and Juniper Road, before finishing on East 115th Street in plenty of time to enjoy a pre-game tailgate.
To register a parade entry, visit students.case.edu/events/homecoming and sign up. The theme this year is “Blue and White” or “Spartan Pride.” Registration closes Wednesday, Sept. 26, at 11:59 p.m.
