COVID-19 Might Change The Way We Dress Forever

Teen Vogue: Einav Rabinovitch-Fox, a visiting assistant professor of history in the College of Arts and Sciences, gave thoughts on the nature of pandemic fashion, saying there are usually a defining garments that come to visually symbolize the time: “Each pandemic is different and affects the body and the industry in different ways,” she said. “I think the face mask will have more presence in our fashion wardrobe, as well as gloves. … As we are going to live with COVID-19 for a while, I think there will be a rise in a ‘fashionable masks’ industry.”
