The Conversation: Jue Liang, assistant professor and the Severance Professor in the History of Religion at the College of Arts and Sciences, discussed her new course “Ghosts, Zombies, and Monsters: What We Fear and Loathe in Religions,” which explores how fearsome beings reflect cultural anxieties, moral boundaries and self-perception.
