Hertz Fellowship Information Sessions

Case Western Reserve University students are invited to information sessions about the Hertz Fellowship, a program designed to recognize visionary leaders who want to apply their research in the physical and biological sciences, mathematics, and engineering to solve the world’s toughest challenges. Recipients receive full tuition funding equivalent for five years.

Lee Swanger, a member of the Hertz Foundation Board of Directors and a past Hertz Fellow, will lead two sessions Wednesday, Sept. 6, at 9 a.m. (breakfast provided) and at 12:30 p.m. (lunch provided). Both sessions will be in Nord Hall, Room 356.

Fellowship recipients receive:

  • $38,000 per year stipend
  • Freedom to innovate and pursue their boldest ideas

Sophomores, juniors, seniors and first-year graduate students at CWRU are encouraged to attend an information session to get tips on preparing a successful application.
