Provide feedback on campus facilities by participating in survey

The Office of Campus Planning and Facilities Management has engaged Sightlines—a nationally recognized facilities data analysis firm—to evaluate statistical data regarding Case Western Reserve University’s facilities.

The data evaluated includes a variety of metrics that the university can then use to benchmark campus against other similar institutions both regionally and nationally.

One area that is important to the department—and is a component of the data collection—is the effectiveness of the services provided to the campus. To gather the necessary data, the office has collaborated with Sightlines to create a customer satisfaction survey.

Members of the department are asking for feedback from the campus community on a variety of service components, including maintenance, custodial and grounds services.
