Help researchers understand how to make getting a PhD more joyful for women

Have insights into how to improve the PhD journey? We are recruiting women PhD students to participate in a study to explore how support from your peer network and resources of any kind shape your journey and share your insights with other women PhD students and with our University.

In exchange for two 45-minute interviews, you will be eligible for two one-hour coaching sessions with certified executive coaches who can help you to explore how to make progress on your PhD, engage in new behaviors that support your learning, explore career options for life post PhD and to reflect on who you are when you are at your best.

To be eligible, you must be a woman PhD student at CWRU for the entirety of the 2017-2018 academic year and cannot currently be participating in the PhD Progress Collective.

Your participation in the study is completely voluntary. Any information you share will be kept confidential. Any data published resulting from this research will not include information that could identify you.

If you would like to participate or have any questions about participating in this study, please contact Danielle Bernat Sabo at dnb31@case.edu.

We hope you will consider participating in this study to further our understanding of how to create and sustain women on their PhD journey!
