Winterfest_Banner (1)Case Western Reserve University community members are invited to attend the inaugural Spartan Winterfest 2013.

Spartan Winterfest is a holiday-themed music festival that will bring students and community members together to celebrate the winter holiday spirit.

A variety of musicians and groups will perform, including Jordan Genovese, Tyler Powell Tricking Gang, Speakeasy and more. Attendees can enjoy ongoing performances, food, mini-games and activities, photo booths, raffles, and visit tables that will provide the public with information about self-screening for breast cancer.

The event will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6, at Carlton Commons.

Tickets cost $5 and will be sold in Nord Hall Dec. 2-6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and also at the door. If advanced tickets are bought, the purchaser will receive a raffle ticket for club seats at a Lake Erie Monsters game.

All proceeds will be donated to the Keep A Breast Foundation, a youth-focused nonprofit organization that raises money in the fight against breast cancer.
