HIP-C Health Improvement Plan
ideastream: Cuyahoga County will unveil its new health plan, the Health Improvement Partnership for Cuyahoga County, today. Heidi Gullett, assistant professor of family medicine and community health and co-chair of the steering committee for HIP-C, and Erika Trapl, assistant professor of epidemiology and biostatistics and director of the Prevention and Research Center for Healthy Neighborhoods, discussed the plan.
