Hear from international students how to create a better classroom experience

The Center for International Affairs’ Global Talk Series will continue Thursday, March 20, with a lecture on “Best Practices in Supporting Undergraduate International Students in the Classroom.” The talk will be held from noon to 1 p.m. in the Allen Memorial Medical Library building’s Herrick Room.

All faculty and staff members are invited to hear tips on supporting and engaging undergraduate international students in the classroom by interacting with an international student panel focused on creating effective classroom dynamics. This session is designed to provide faculty with more tools to work with a diverse population of students and allow domestic and international students to have meaningful educational experiences. Mano Singham, director of University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education, will moderate the panel.

Lunch will be provided.

RSVP via email by March 18.
