All interested faculty members are invited to take part in the three-day webinar “Federal Research Priorities and Budgets for FY12.” The webinar will be held Oct. 31-Nov. 2 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, with a viewing taking place in Sears Library Building 670.
Panelists on the webinar will discuss where federal agencies are headed and how to align funding requests to their priorities and directions. You’ll hear directly from personnel at the National Institutes of Health (3:30 p.m., Tuesday), National Science Foundation (11 a.m., Wednesday), National Endowment for the Humanities, Office of Naval Research, Army Medical and Materiel Command, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and the Departments of Agriculture, Education and Energy as they share agency direction and funding priorities for the coming year.
