Those who order meals for faculty or staff meetings or other events on campus are invited to learn how to plan a healthy and sustainable catered meal from campus catering partners. During this 90-minute session, lunch will be provided along with advice from the university’s Wellness Program and Office of Energy and Sustainability.
A limited number of seats are available for the session on July 25 from noon to 1:30 at the Tinkham Veale University Center’s Senior Classroom. Advance registration is required.
