Case Western Reserve University students registered for one or more credit hours during the summer may use the University Health Service or University Counseling Services without paying the summer clinic fee.
When registered for one or more credit hours, the fee is included in your tuition. (Special circumstances apply to medical, dental graduate and second- and third-year dental students as well as students who attend Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music or Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine.)
Under certain circumstances, students not registered for the summer semester may be eligible to use the UHS/UCS in the summer by paying a one-time fee of $80, collected at the time of the first visit.
For students who are covered under the Case Western Reserve University medical plan, the $80 fee will be billed to their plan.
The summer fee will be in effect until Aug. 2.
Students who would like to use the UHS/UCS this summer but are unsure if they are eligible should speak with a member of the health service staff by calling 368.2450.
