In the evenings around Halloween each year, Amasa Stone Chapel becomes a portal for the spirits of Case Western Reserve University past to gather and push through the veil, and share their tales of joy and woe. Join storyteller Janice Gerda, associate vice president for student engagement and learning, for tours to learn stories from the history of CWRU (especially the ones about unusual shuffles off this mortal coil) and see the interior of Amasa Stone Chapel in its Halloweeny finest.
Tours will be held Friday, Oct. 27. Each tour will last approximately 55 minutes, and they begin at 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. Attendees should meet on the front steps of Adelbert Hall.
This free event is sponsored by the Student Presidents’ Roundtable.
Sign up for a tour. Those who register, but cannot attend should cancel their registration so the next person on the waiting list can be notified.
