The Professional Development Center (PDC) has brand new training workshops this semester. Staff and faculty members are invited to participate in more than 30 sessions this fall dedicated to topics such as emotional intelligence, conflict management, HR policies and more.
PDC training workshops are free and feature new sessions, including:

- “Customer Service Management: Identifying Opportunities for Growth”
- “Conflict Management Series: Navigating Conflict in the Workplace”
- “How to Write an Effective Job Description”
