Greater Circle Living Week

Greater Circle Living is an employer-assisted housing program that aims to enhance the overall well-being of employees of eligible nonprofit institutions, like Case Western Reserve University, in greater University Circle. This housing incentive program fosters opportunities for economic inclusion of neighborhood residents, businesses and cultural institutions alike. Faculty and staff can apply to receive up to $30,000 in forgivable loans for down payment and/or closing costs for the purchase of an owner-occupied home, up to $8,000 for exterior home repairs and up to $1,400 for one month’s rent.

Learn more about the Greater University Circle neighborhoods and explore available for sale and for rent properties during Greater Circle Living Week, held through July 25.
