Register now: CWRU to host regional conference on nuclear magnetic resonance Sept. 11

Great Lakes Regional Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Symposium flyerThe Cleveland Center for Membrane and Structural Biology at Case Western Reserve University will host the Great Lakes Regional Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Symposium on Friday, Sept. 11, at Tinkham Veale University Center.

The symposium will feature keynote speakers Angela Gronenborn, the UPMC Rosalind Franklin Professor and chair of the Department of Structural Biology and
 Distinguished Professor of Structural Biology at the 
University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and Rafael Bruschweiler, professor of chemistry and biochemistry at Ohio State University.

The event will also include a poster session and research presentations from CWRU faculty members:

  • Matthias Buck, professor of physiology and biophysics;
  • Jun Qin, professor of medicine;
  • Blanton S. Tolbert, assistant professor of chemistry;
  • Michael A. Weiss, chairman of the Department of Biochemistry; and
  • Michael G. Zagorski, professor of chemistry.
