Spring semester has arrived—and commencement is right around the corner. Graduates are encouraged to save the date for the university convocation on May 15 and visit the commencement website to see the entire 2024 schedule.
Graduates also should mark their calendars for doctoral fittings and the grad fair:
- School of Law Doctoral Fitting: Tuesday, March 5
- School of Medicine Doctoral Fitting: Friday, March 15
- Grad Fair: Thursday, March 28, through Friday, March 29
In the meantime, the ordering process for required academic regalia is open now. There are three ways to order regalia:
- Attend grad fair (bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees) or doctoral fittings (doctoral degrees).
- Call the University Bookstore at 216.368.2650 or 800.825.2650.
- Order online directly from the vendor, Oak Hall Cap & Gown.
Students who need their bachelor’s or master’s regalia shipped directly to them need to place their order on the Oak Hall website no later than April 21.
Doctoral Students who chose to place their rental order on the Oak Hall website need to do so by March 31. After this deadline, doctoral students need to either visit or call the bookstore to order their rental regalia.
