Graduate students: Get personal finance advice

Money management seminar flyerGraduate students are invited to attend the next installment of the Professional Enrichment for Trainees Series Friday, Dec. 11, at noon in the Iris S. and Bert L. Wolstein Research Building auditorium.

Emily Roberts, CEO of Personal Finance for PhDs LLC, will give a talk on how graduate students can make the most of their money, covering budgeting methods, banking/credit, emergency funds and savings/debt repayment.

The session is open to all graduate students and is designed to be useful to anyone regardless of the source of their income, whether stipends or loans.

Roberts also will be available before and after the seminar to speak one-on-one with students.

The School of Medicine Graduate Education Office, Graduate Studies Professional Development Center and Graduate Student Council will sponsor this event.

Food will be provided.
