Graduate, professional students: Attend GPSAW events, take advantage of special discounts

Graduate and professional students are invited to take advantage of many events and discounts being offered throughout the week in celebration of Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week (GPSAW) today (April 6) through Friday, April 10.

The week was initially started by the National Association of Graduate and Professional Students in 1993 to recognize the contributions of graduate teaching assistants. The focus expanded in 1995 to include the recognition of the contributions of all graduate and professional students.

A full range of events will be offered to students for GPSAW, including a pizza party, breakfasts hosted by different departments across campus, the happy hour at ABC Tavern and the Jolly Scholar, a formal ball and many more.

For a complete list of GPSAW events, visit students.case.edu/events/gpsaweek/schedule.html.

To take advantage of these offers, graduate and professional students must show their valid student IDs to the participating vendors throughout the area.
