Ohio Gov. John Kasich reappointed Kenneth L. Kutina, PhD, to a new eight-year term on the Ohio Higher Educational Facility Commission. Kutina serves as a member and secretary of the commission, which issues tax-exempt bonds for private, non-profit colleges, universities and hospitals in Ohio, including Case Western Reserve University.
Kutina is an adjunct professor in the School of Medicine and vice president emeritus for institutional planning at Case Western Reserve. He also is vice president of the Alumni Association.
