Get one step closer to your 2015 Wellness Premium Incentive: register for a biometric screening today

Free biometric screenings are being offered for benefits-eligible faculty and staff this fall. The screenings include measures of blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose, height, weight and BMI. Participation in the screening process is one requirement to obtain the $25 monthly Wellness Premium Incentive in 2015 for those with university medical insurance.

On-campus screening sessions will be offered through November in various locations:

Crawford Hall, Room 209

  • Sept. 22 – 26 (7 a.m. – noon each day)
  • Sept. 29 – Oct. 3 (7 a.m. – noon each day)
  • Oct. 13 – 17 (7 a.m. – noon each day)
  • Oct. 21 – 24 (7 a.m. – noon each day)

Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, Faculty Staff Lounge

  • Oct. 6 – 10 (7 a.m. – noon each day)
  • Oct. 27 – 31 (7 a.m. – noon each day)
  • Nov. 24 – 26 (7 a.m. – 2 p.m. each day)

Tinkham Veale Student Center (CWRU ID required for entry into building before 8 a.m.)

  • Nov. 5 – 7 (7 a.m. – 2 p.m. each day) – Senior Classroom
  • Nov. 11 – 14 (7 a.m. – 2 p.m. each day) – First Floor Conference Room
  • Nov. 17 – 20 (7 a.m. – 2 p.m. each day) – First Floor Conference Room

Visits to Quest Patient Service Centers are also possible to schedule online if none of the on-campus events are convenient for you to attend.
