Get tips for navigating conflict at work and home

Conflict is a normal part of every relationship, but key to managing conflict is the ability to stop, look and listen. Case Western Reserve University’s employee assistance provider, IMPACT Solutions (now part of All One Health), is offering a webinar this month to help faculty and staff members navigate conflict.

Offered on-demand throughout the month, the webinar will address how to identify true conflict and tactics to manage it positively.

  2. On the top right, click “Select Portal & App, Member Portal & App” and log in using your account username and password.
  3. If you have not created an account, on the top right, click “Member Portal & App” on the right side, then click “Sign Up” to create a new account.
