Get support recognizing and managing depression symptoms with University Health and Counseling Services program

Get help increasing your understanding about depression with a fast-paced, three-session seminar offered by University Health and Counseling Services. 

The program, called “Getting Unstuck,” aims to provide students with skills to recognize and manage symptoms they may be experiencing.

Sessions will be held from 10 to 11 am. Jan. 27, Feb. 3 and Feb. 10. Students must attend all three sessions.

“Getting Unstuck” is open to all Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University Podiatry undergraduate or graduate students, regardless of where they currently reside.
