Attention graduating students: Grad Fair 2016 will be held Wednesday, March 23, and Thursday, March 24, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Barnes and Noble University Bookstore.
Grad Fair is Case Western Reserve University’s official “one-stop shop” for all graduation information, services and products. All students earning bachelor’s or master’s degrees are encouraged to attend Grad Fair to purchase their cap and gown. If you cannot attend Grad Fair, bachelor’s and master’s regalia will be available at the bookstore until the end of April.
At Grad Fair, all graduates can:
- Register online or verify current registration for commencement ceremonies;
- Secure their cap and gown;
- Order customized graduation announcements;
- Learn more about the Alumni Association;
- Select and order a class ring;
- Purchase a diploma frame; and
- Make a senior class gift.
Students earning a professional or doctoral degree also are invited to attend Grad Fair to meet with commencement vendors, get measured for regalia and get questions answered, but they are not required to do so. Professional and doctoral regalia will be ready for pick up/payment at the university bookstore beginning the week of May 9.
Remember, all graduates must sign up online to participate in commencement ceremonies before Friday, April 1, at 5 p.m.
