Graduating students: It’s time for Grad Fair 2014, to be held Wednesday, March 26, and Thursday, March 27, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Barnes and Noble university bookstore (located in Uptown at Euclid Avenue and East 115th Street).
Grad Fair 2014 is Case Western Reserve University’s official “one-stop shop” for all graduation information, services and products. It allows the Class of 2014 to save time and money and begin their commencement celebration.
Graduates can visit Grad Fair to take care of commencement planning and celebration needs. Exhibits from various vendors and university departments will be located in the university bookstore.
At Grad Fair, all graduates can…
- Register online or verify current registration for commencement ceremonies
- Secure their cap and gown
- Order customized graduation announcements
- Learn more about the Alumni Association
- Select and order a class ring
- Purchase a diploma frame
- Make a senior class gift
Students earning either a bachelor’s or master’s degree are encouraged to attend Grad Fair. This event marks the beginning of students’ regalia purchasing opportunity. Regalia will be available to purchase/pick up until the end of April.
Students earning a professional or doctoral degree also are invited to attend Grad Fair to meet with commencement vendors and get questions answered, but they are not required to do so. Professional or doctoral degree candidates must register online before Tuesday, April 1, at 5 p.m. EDT to secure their Case Western Reserve University custom rental regalia for commencement. Regalia will be ordered and ready for pick up/payment at the university bookstore beginning the week of May 11. Professional or doctoral degree candidates interested in purchasing CWRU custom regalia should contact the university bookstore at 216.368.2650 for detailed pricing information. All doctoral and professional degree recipients are required to purchase the tam.
Graduates earning more than one degree at commencement 2014 should rent/purchase only the regalia for the highest degree earned.
