Get professional development assistance

The Professional Development Center (PDC) aims to provide Case Western Reserve University employees with comprehensive, high-quality learning and development resources that advance the performance of the individual and the university. The center’s offerings are geared toward providing support to CWRU staff to help them achieve their professional development goals.

The PDC has kicked off spring training sessions and will have plenty of opportunities this month. View the calendar of available sessions for more information and register in CampusGroups on the HR Professional Development Center page

Those interested in earning the Employee Supervision Certificate are encouraged to brush up on program requirements this spring.

Additionally, Career Development Consultations are available year-round and allow staff members to work with the career development manager in a one-on-one capacity on a variety of topics. These confidential meetings allow staff members to prepare for difficult conversations and performance evaluations, get assistance with self assessments, and work on skills such as time management and organization.
