Get moving in the morning with wellness sessions during New Student Orientation

Transitioning to college life involves more than just the classroom; it’s also about learning to balance class, studying and campus involvement without sacrificing personal wellness.

During New Student Orientation, morning wellness sessions will give students the opportunity to try out a few of the campus community’s favorite ways to stay healthy and promote overall wellness. No experience is necessary, so try something new, or show off your skills.

Start your days with healthy activities, including yoga, kung fu, zumba, women’s self defense and running, and take a tour of the Wyant Athletic and Wellness Center to get up to speed on the equipment and opportunities available on the north side of campus.
