Students are encouraged to vacate their residence hall within 24 hours of their last exams. All residence halls (except upper-class apartment-style housing) will close Thursday, Dec. 17, at 3 p.m. At this time, the doors will be secured, and everyone must be out of the buildings. If your travel arrangements necessitate departure past this time, you may wait in either Wade or Fribley Commons.
The buildings cannot be re-opened for you if you discover you have left something behind, so be sure to pack carefully.
Returning residents’ mail will not be forwarded during the semester recess. Mail will be held until the beginning of the semester in January.
The buildings will re-open Thursday, Jan. 7, at 9 a.m.
