Get help reaching your health goals in 2018 with the Get Fit for Life program

It’s never too late to make positive health changes in 2018. Those looking to lose weight, tone, build muscle, be more active or all of the above can participate in the Get Fit for Life program to get help reaching their goals.

Individuals can choose the personal training program or the “Couch to Confidence” program, which is designed for beginners and those looking for a more private environment to start their new program.

Each of the programs last eight weeks and begins the week of Sept. 17.
