Get funding for your project to develop innovative teaching and research projects benefiting students

Applications are now open for Nord Grants, financial awards made to individual full-time faculty members or faculty members in collaboration with others, for the purpose of developing innovative teaching and research projects that directly benefit student learning. Such projects could include (but are not limited to):

  • Exploring innovative teaching and learning strategies/projects;
  • Integrating diversity, equity, inclusion and internationalisation work into course curricula;
  • Innovating instructional techniques through the application of teaching and learning technology.

The Nord Grants have no fixed financial parameters, and the funding is provided for one year, with the possibility of extension.

View the steps required for Nord Grants on the University Center for Innovation in Teaching and Education website.
