Get “Fit for Life” Program starts Sept. 24; early bird pricing available through Sept. 14

Case Western Reserve University’s 121 Fitness Center will kick off the Get “Fit for Life” program Sept. 24. This eight- or 12-week training program offers specialized workout and nutrition plans for every level—whether you want to lose weight, ton, build muscle or just become more active.

The program is open to the public, but Case Western Reserve University employees can save 50 percent, courtesy of 121 Fitness, or save even more by joining before Sept. 14.

All participants receive full access to 121 Fitness Center, including all group exercise glasses; personalized health risk assessments; weekly weigh-ins; special classes, group meetings and events; prizes; motivation and more.

  1. Take it Off!  12-week nutrition-based weight loss program for those needing to lose 20 lbs. or more; includes individual nutrition coaching.
  2. Choose to Lose!  Eight- or 12-week exercise-based weight loss program; includes personal training.
  3. Get Active!  Eight- or 12-week exercise program for toning, muscle building or just getting more active; includes personal training.
  4. Basic.  Eight-week basic access to 121 Fitness without nutrition coaching or personal training
  5. Spartan Shape Up.  Full-time students only. Eight-week basic access to 121 Fitness without nutrition coaching or personal training.
