Get “Fit for Life” in the new year with 121 Fitness; save now with early bird pricing

Case Western Reserve University’s 121 Fitness Center will kick off the Get “Fit for Life” program Jan. 14. This eight- or 12-week training program offers specialized workout and nutrition plans for every level—whether you want to lose weight, tone, build muscle or just become more active.

The program is open to the public, but Case Western Reserve University employees can join now and save with early bird pricing through Dec. 31. Full-time, benefits-eligible employees also can save through the CWRU wellness program.

All participants receive full access to 121 Fitness Center, including all group exercise glasses; personalized health risk assessments; weekly weigh-ins; special classes, group meetings and events; prizes; motivation and more.

Five program tiers are available:

  1. Take it Off!  12-week nutrition-based weight loss program for those needing to lose 20 lbs. or more; includes individual nutrition coaching.
  2. Choose to Lose!  Eight- or 12-week exercise-based weight loss program; includes personal training.
  3. Get Active!  Eight- or 12-week exercise program for toning, muscle building or just getting more active; includes personal training.
  4. Basic.  Eight-week basic access to 121 Fitness without nutrition coaching or personal training.
  5. Spartan Shape Up. Designed and discounted for non-121 members who are full-time students and self-motivated, this discounted 8-week program includes the program amenities, without personal training or nutrition coaching.
