Get details on study abroad programs to Guatemala, Poland, Netherlands and India

The Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences will hold information sessions for its spring study abroad courses, which are open to all undergraduate and graduate students as well as alumni and professionals in health and human service fields.

The programs include a course on child welfare in Guatemala, one on invisible groups in Poland and courses on social justice or mental health in the Netherlands. In addition, a new course to India in May is in the planning stages.

To learn more about the programs, stop by the information sessions, which will be held Saturday, Sept. 22, or Sunday, Sept. 23, 12:30–1 p.m. in the Mandel School’s second-floor atrium.

In addition, interested individuals can contact Debby Jacobson at dxj@case.edu for a 30-minute appointment Sept. 24 between noon and 4 p.m. or Sept. 27 between 10 a.m.

All courses offer Global and Cultural Diversity credit. Financial aid may be applied toward travel costs. No language or course pre-requisites are required.
