Case Western Reserve University faculty and staff members are invited to join a webinar training from IMPACT Solutions, titled “Generations at Work,” April 20 at 10 a.m.
In today’s workforce, there are employees of several different generations working together. Each generation has its own values, biases, and preferences for communication and interaction. The webinar will explore how to include and incorporate all generations into the workforce by identifying common traits, experiences, and preferred communication styles of each generation.
