The Writing Resource Center (WRC) will hold its first General Campus Workshop series event of the semester, “Beyond the Five-Paragraph Essay,” Friday, Sept. 18, from 12:45 to 2 p.m. The workshop will be held via Zoom.
Denna Iammarino, lecturer in English, and Jackson Rudolf, peer writing fellow, will lead this workshop. Participants will learn about the limitations of the five-paragraph essay format and learn strategies for organizing their essays in ways that will allow them to develop their ideas in more depth and detail.
