Gain a better understanding of anxiety and learn skills to recognize symptoms with a seminar offered by University Health and Counseling Services

University Health and Counseling Services will host a three-session seminar titled “Anxiety Toolbox” in January. This fast-paced seminar is intended to help increase understanding and knowledge about anxiety, with the goal of providing students with some skills to recognize symptoms they may be experiencing.

The seminar will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Jan. 6, 13 and 20. Participants must attend all three sessions.

“Anxiety Toolbox” is open to all Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music and Kent State University Podiatry undergraduate, graduate and professional students, regardless of where they currently reside.
