University Counseling Services is sponsoring a series of workshops called “Mind-Body Cafe” to foster student health and wellness. Each week, a different topic is discussed, from talking to parents about grades to boosting self-esteem.
These sessions take place in Sears Library Building room 350 every Friday of the semester, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
The next session is on Friday, Oct. 19; workshop leaders will discuss “Alcohol in the Family.” The schedule for the remainder of the semester is as follows:
