The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures and the Slow Food Movement courses in French and Italian will host two cooking demonstrations by chef Julie Berchoux from Paris.
Cooking demonstrations will be held Monday, Nov. 12, and Tuesday, Nov. 13, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. in the kitchen of Village House 5. Monday’s demonstration will be in English, while Tuesday’s demonstration will be in French.
About chef Julie Berchoux
Julie Berchoux became a chef under the late great Joël Robuchon and worked in some of the finest establishments in Paris and London, including Lenôtre.
In 2009, she founded her own restaurant, Le Preum’s, in Paris.
