Free health checks offered by Case Western Reserve University
The Plain Dealer: As part of the 10th annual Case for Community Day, student, staff and faculty volunteers from the dental, medical and nursing schools will staff a free community health fair Oct. 19. During the health fair, held at the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Health Center in East Cleveland, attendees can have their cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure tested; get tested for HIV/AIDS; receive a flu shot or have their teeth checked.
