The Department of Human Resources will offer free flu shots and health screenings to faculty and staff during the Benefits Fair Nov. 14–15. No appointments are necessary.
To receive flu shots, employees must review a vaccine information sheet and complete a consent form prior to receiving the shot. Employees will need to present their Case Western Reserve IDs when checking in.
The shots will be available during the Benefits Fair in Thwing Center’s Spartan Room on Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday, Nov. 15, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
