The Employee Wellness Program’s free health seminar, “Breathe. Relax. Renew.” will focus on meditation and breathing techniques to manage stress and relax the body and mind. During the interactive workshop, participants will review the physiology of the stress and relaxation responses, but most of the time will be spent practicing relaxation and stress-management techniques to incorporate into your daily activities.
The free seminar will be held Feb. 27 from noon to 1 p.m. in Nord Hall 310.
