This month’s Employee Wellness Free Cooking Demo, held Sept. 12 from noon to 1 p.m. in Nord Hall 310, will be “Farm to Fork, from Bon Appetit & the University Farm.” Bon Appetit Chef Robbie Washington, along with Chris Bond, horticulturist from the University Farm, will discuss the benefits of buying local, their initiatives on campus and, of course, share recipes using local foods with delicious samples to taste.
