University Hospitals’ Connor Integrative Medicine Network offers yoga classes to Case Western Reserve University employees at a discounted rate of $40 per four-week series.
Two floor yoga series are available: Tuesdays, April 3-24, from 6 to 7 p.m. in University Hospitals Case Medical Center Bolwell Health Center 6, or Thursdays, April 5-26, from 5 to 6 p.m. in the same location.
A chair yoga series will take place Fridays, April 6-27, from noon to 1 p.m. at University Hospitals Case Medical Center (location to be determined).
