A new four-week yoga series begins this week from the Conner Integrative Medicine Network at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. Two floor yoga series are available: Tuesdays beginning Feb. 7 from 6 to 7 p.m. in University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center Infusion Waiting Area, and Thursdays beginning Feb. 9 from 5 to 6 p.m. in the cancer center’s basement conference room S676. Additionally, a chair yoga class is offered on Fridays from noon to 1 p.m. starting Feb. 10 in Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital Room 3101.
Each four-week series costs $40. Registration is required, as space is limited. Call 216.767.8435 to register.
