CWRU LaunchNET will host a” Founders 101” workshop Thursday, April 20, from 4 to 5 p.m. via Zoom. This workshop is designed for Northeast Ohio LaunchNET student businesses, aspiring entrepreneurs, founders and business owners who are looking to start a new venture or grow an existing one.
Ted Theofrastous, a partner at KJK in its intellectual property and technology, corporate and securities, and start-ups and capitalization groups, will lead this session. Theofrastous holds a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and is an adjunct professor of law and engineering at CWRU.
Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions with other participants, allowing them to gain a better understanding of the issues surrounding founders’ agreements, and how to create a strong and effective agreement for their own startups.
