Are you interested in Sustained Dialogue, social justice, diversity, leadership and conflict resolution? Case Western Reserve University students are invited to a virtual “Fostering Inclusive Leadership” training session Saturday, Jan. 20, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
During this session, participants will:
- Learn tools and skills to effectively navigate identity differences on campus, like active listening, asking strong questions, and inclusive language;
- Practice using dialogue to talk about the things that really matter to them;
- Learn how to use dialogue, not debate, during tough moments of disagreement; and
- Become a more empathetic and effective communicator.
