The university community is invited to the International Achievement Dinner Monday, April 11, at 5:30 p.m. in Tinkham Veale University Center’s Kelvin and Eleanor Smith Foundation Ballroom.
The Center for International Affairs will honor individuals from the university community in recognition of their involvement in and contribution to international education. Ambassador Richard L. Armitage, former deputy secretary of state and president of Armitage International, will be the evening’s guest speaker. He worked hand in hand with General Colin Powell to shape, direct and lead U.S. foreign policy during one of the most challenging eras in modern history.
Global Cleveland, the Cleveland Council on World Affairs, The City Club of Cleveland and Margaret W. Wong and Associates LLC will collaborate to hold the event.
Tickets are available online and cost $65 for the pre-event reception and catered dinner.
